​We are pleased to announce that entries are now OPEN to DBBAI students and invited clubs. We have secured a larger venue approx.10miles North of Cambridge, allowing more categories and more entrants.

​

The official deadline is Friday 2nd October 2026.

​

We are again asking instructors to co-ordinate entry and fees from students where possible.

​

​All entrants need complete the entry form individually.

Individual Entry Categories :  Traditional Hyung, Chil Sung Hyung, Bo-staff Hyung, Open Weapons Hyung, Sparring.

£12.50 per category, £10 discount for all 5 categories.

Team Hyung Entry form(must also complete individual entry form) can be downloaded here 

£20 per team, minimum team size 3, maximum 5

GENERAL INFORMATION (subject to change)

Event organizers: Master Gabriella Gentle (5th Dan) & Master Simon Clarke (5th Dan) for DBBAI

• There will also be volunteers assisting us on the day organizing groups and in the tuck shop

Location of the event:

Sports Hall, Northstowe Secondary School, Stirling Road, Northstowe, Cambridge, CB24 1DJ

Saturday 28th November 9am until 5pm

(Doors open from 8am, competitor line up 9am)

​

Spectators are welcome!

There will be limited spectator and competitor space(while not competing). There will be a £3.50 (under 3s are free) spectator charge (cash or card).

​

Car parking :

Free car parking is available at the college.

​

Tuck Shop!

There will be a small tuck shop available to purchase snacks and drinks. 

​

Changing Rooms

There are changing rooms available. 

​

Photography/Video:

There are no restrictions on taking photos or video, in fact DBBAI will have an official photographer on the day. 

If you have a concern about this, please make an organizer aware of it on the day directly or via any master rank.

As with the last 2 years we wont get everything right and this is going to be a bigger event, so please be patient with us! We want everyone to leave with some positive experiences of the day.
